Poster Information

  1. On arrival, please go directly to the registration desk. 
  2. On registration, you will be provided with the location of your poster board and velcro dots for attaching your poster. Please do not use any other method of attaching your poster to the boards. 
  3. Your poster should be displayed for the full length of the conference. 
  4. Your poster should be a maximum of A0 Portrait size (840mm wide x 1190mm high). 


Cancellations and refund policy

All cancellations must be received in writing to events@plantandfood.co.nz.

Cancellation of registration received before December 15th 2023 will receive a full refund less an admin fee of NZ$100 plus gst

Cancellation of registration received after 15th December but before 15th January 2024 will receive a full refund less admin fee of NZ$250 plus gst

No refund will be available for cancellations received after 15th January 2024.
